Downloads & Refunds

Download Policy

As soon as your online payment is received (e.g. credit card, etc.), a confirmation email is sent to you with a download link. The link also appears on the Thank You page.

The download link sent is active for 30 days.

When payment does not arrive immediately (e.g. manual payment or echeck), a download link is not included in the confirmation email. After I receive payment, a second email is sent to you with the download link.

Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless one of the products has a flaw or arrives in a damaged state.

In that case, please send an email with your contact information and a brief description of the problem along with a photo, if possible. I will refund your money or credit your payment method.
